TTT Marine Poles are specially manufactured when ordered. Each batch of H6 Hazard Class treated poles are sampled, and borings are sent off to an independent laboratory to check compliance with the H6 Hazard Class requirements. Once confirmation of compliance has been received the TTT Marine Poles are then ready to be despatched. This means the process is a lengthy one and can take up to 6 weeks from order to supply.

To provide the best H6 Hazard Class protection all drilling or cutting should be done before treatment. TTT can pre-drill and pre-cut as required prior to treatment. After treatment TTT Marine Poles can be pressed with a special PE100 Sleeve (partial length or whole length depending on the pole type) to provide even more protection and durability in a Marine situation.

All TTT Marine Poles are reliably top quality Radiata Pine Poles. Each TTT Marine Pole is carefully graded and selected for straightness, even taper (in the case of SED Poles or Uglies), regular sizing, and consistent quality.

Every TTT Marine Pole is processed to ensure an even finish and treated to H6 Hazard Class to provide protection against fungal and insect attack in a Marine situation.
